The Board continues to work on the 2024/25 annual plan that covers July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

Starting July 1, 2025, the board has set ambitious goals to align with USJ’s new strategic plan. These goals are designed to enhance our organization’s effectiveness, ensure future stability, educate our members, and support growth. Here are the key objectives:

• Improve Organizational Efficiency: We aim to update two existing policies and create three new processes or resources. These changes will streamline operations and improve overall effectiveness.
• Ensure Future Stability: By completing detailed reports, we will identify future maintenance needs. This proactive approach will help us plan for and address potential issues before they arise.
• Educate Members: We will conduct a comprehensive member survey to understand their needs and preferences. Based on the survey results, we will develop a roadmap for member training, ensuring our members are well-informed and equipped with the necessary skills.
• Support Growth: Our goal is to develop a robust Growth Strategy. As part of this strategy, we will identify one new opportunity for development or acquisition, positioning our organization for future expansion and success.
