The Annual General Meeting took place Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Nick Nicolle Community Center, where Members approved the audited financial statements for 2023-2024 and appointed Jamieson Mullin Charted Professional Accountants as the auditing firm for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The 3-year strategic plan including a new vision, mission and core values along with a new Co-op logo was unveiled to the Membership.

- Vision: To provide affordable quality housing by ensuring sustainability and development.
- Core Values: Community Safety and Security, Inclusiveness, Member Involvement

- Administration: Enhancing organizational effectiveness
At the AGM Émmanuelle Proud-Thomson was acclaimed and Lynn LaPierre elected, both will return to the Board for an additional three years. The Board welcomed three (3) new Directors and is looking forward to working together to support Unified Saint John. Lisa Morris was elected at the AGM for 3 years representing Lower Cove; Karla Rodriguez, Neighbourhood and Alisha Harvey, Wright Street Communities, were appointed by the Board to serve until the next AGM.
